Bookflexgym is a fitness, booking, preventive health, and AI-assisted wellness platform. Bookflexgym is not a government app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency. For privacy inquiries, support, correction requests, or deletion requests, contact support@bookflexgym.com.

Feature availability, pricing, access rules, retention behavior, and connected services may change over time as the product evolves. The latest version published here is the version that applies to current use of the service.

2. Data we access and collect

Depending on the features you use, we may access or collect the following categories of data:

• Account and profile data: name, email address, phone number if provided, profile details, age, date of birth, gender, blood group, authentication details, and sign-in provider details.
• Booking, membership, and purchase data: gym selections, bookings, membership choices, purchase or payment status records, receipts, entitlements, and usage history.
• Health and wellness inputs: workout logs, step and fitness information, diet and weight entries, vitals entered by you, medicine records, health passport details, fitness goals, report summaries, AI prompts, and health-related questions.
• Medical files and images: report images, OCR scans, uploaded documents, and analysis inputs you choose to provide.
• Camera data: images or scans captured when you use report scanning, OCR, QR, or image-analysis features.
• Microphone or voice data: voice input used for assistant or voice-driven features when you actively enable it.
• Location data: location information when you use map, nearby gym, or location-aware features.
• Device, app activity, and diagnostics data: app events, screen interactions, error or crash logs where enabled, device metadata, app integrity signals, security diagnostics, and notification delivery status.
• Notifications data: reminder preferences and notification delivery state.

3. How we use data

• To create and secure user accounts.
• To manage bookings, memberships, and user entitlements.
• To provide health-report scanning, OCR, image analysis, and AI-assisted health or fitness responses.
• To personalize workouts, plans, reminders, and in-app recommendations.
• To improve product quality, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and secure the service.
• To support customer service, account recovery, and premium activation workflows.

4. Sensitive permissions and feature use

Bookflexgym requests sensitive permissions only for user-facing features. Examples include:

• android.permission.CAMERA: scanning reports, capturing analysis inputs, OCR, and QR or camera-based tools.
• Microphone: voice input and voice-enabled assistant experiences.
• Photos and media access: selecting medical reports or health images from your device.
• Location: map and nearby gym functionality.

Permissions are intended to be requested in context, when the related feature is used.

5. AI and health assistant processing

When you use AI-powered features, your prompts, questions, uploaded report content, recordings, transcripts, and selected context may be processed through Bookflexgym services and trusted model providers to generate responses. These features are designed to support informational, educational, wellness, and workflow use cases.

Bookflexgym is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, does not create a doctor-patient relationship, and is not a substitute for emergency care or professional medical advice. For urgent symptoms, contact local emergency services or a licensed healthcare professional.

6. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. We may share data with service providers and partners only as needed to operate the app, such as:

• Google Firebase and Google Cloud services for account access, data storage, cloud functions, notifications, analytics, app integrity, and service security.
• Identity providers when you choose account-based sign-in.
• AI model providers used to process AI assistant or report-analysis requests initiated by you.
• Payment and purchase platform providers when you buy or activate paid features.
• Gym or operational partners only when needed to fulfill bookings, memberships, or support actions.

We do not sell personal or sensitive user data, and we do not use health data for third-party advertising.

7. Advertising, analytics, and app integrity

The current app is not designed to show third-party advertising. Analytics and diagnostics are used to measure app performance, understand feature adoption, diagnose bugs, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. App integrity and security signals may be used to protect accounts and backend services.

8. Data retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary to deliver the service, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain operational records. Retention length may differ by data category. User-requested deletions may be subject to limited legal, fraud-prevention, billing, or security retention requirements.

Operational logs and diagnostics may also be reviewed for debugging, quality assurance, fraud prevention, and service reliability.

9. Account deletion and user rights

You may delete your Bookflexgym account directly inside the app using the in-app delete account option available from the user profile or account settings area. Standard account deletion does not require sending an email request. If you cannot access your account, you may contact support@bookflexgym.com for support. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of specific data.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and at rest, including encrypted transmission, authentication controls, managed service infrastructure, and access restrictions. No system can be guaranteed to be fully secure, so users should avoid sharing information they do not want processed through app features.

11. Children and target audience

Bookflexgym is intended for users aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. If you believe personal data was submitted by a child or was submitted improperly, contact us so we can review and act on the request.

12. Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The latest published version at this URL will be the controlling version.
